Since 1997 Paul's specialty has been downtown office leasing with considerable experience in commercial sales and development, tenant representation, and selected leasing management projects.

Paul is able to take a strong analytical and strategically aggressive negotiation strategy due to his solid understanding of real estate fundamentals. He is distinguished from his peers and competitors because of his understanding of real estate contracts and documentation, his custom research, and his attention to detail. Licensed by the Ontario Real Estate Association at the highest level possible as an Associate Broker, Paul has co-organized the International Real Estate Idea Exchange on behalf of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. Each year Canada's most senior real estate executives, pension fund advisors, and asset managers attend the conference to exchange ideas with their top counterparts in the United States and Europe. Paul has a natural ability to service the real estate needs of post secondary education institutions. Prior to being elected as a member of the Ryerson University Board of Governors, Paul negotiated a significant acquisition for the university in anticipation of the double cohort.  He has completed extensive negotiations for George Brown College and was selected by all three levels of government to negotiate an office lease to assist those who were affected by the adverse economic impact of SARS.

As an avid traveler, Paul has traveled and volunteered extensively through Africa, Australasia, Europe, Central America, South America, the Caribbean and the Middle East. His other interests include: scuba diving, hiking and interior camping, fishing, athletics and demolition derby competitions.
