Jason Mah is a senior commercial real estate advisor focused on Metro Vancouver. After 15 years as a Principal at one of Canada's leading commercial real estate firms, Jason joined Lennard Commercial Realty in May 2026. The move aligns his work with a platform that matches his entrepreneurial mindset: agile, senior-led, partner-owned, and built around client-first decision-making.
Over a 20-year career, Jason has completed almost $1B in commercial real estate transactions and leased more than 5 million square feet across Metro Vancouver. His practice covers:
- Investment sales: office, multifamily, mixed-use, and development sites ($5M to $200M+)
- Joint venture structuring and capital raising for development and operating platforms ($50M to $500M+ project value)
- Landlord and tenant representation on office, commercial leasing
- Development advisory: highest and best use, density, rezoning, Broadway Plan and TOD positioning
Recent and active mandates include capital structuring for the EMC student housing development in Surrey (~$425M project value), JV equity advisory across GEC's student housing platform, and numerous Mount Pleasant Broadway Corridor investment and development site sales.
