Office Location
Toronto - Downtown

David Clarke joined the firm in 2014 and is stationed out of the Headquarters in Downtown Toronto. He is a seasoned professional with a reputation for creatively solving complex transactions. His background in corporate real estate began in 2004 at Cushman & Wakefield in a leasing capacity; continuing in 2007 at Colliers International, transitioning into development and investment.

Mr. Clarke has almost two decades of experience focusing primarily on development sites with a secondary concentration on office/retail assets in Toronto and surrounding markets. In the last 10 years with Lennard, he has transacted on a number of central Toronto mid-rise/high-rise sites in addition to larger scale subdivision parcels in newer periphery markets, such as Vaughan. During such time, he established a strong reputation amongst clients and colleagues. His in-depth understanding of the development process and the lease document along with the marketing and branding of an asset contributes to his strong advisory role with his clients.

He has transacted on over $1 billion dollars in infill development lands and mid-market office assets and has built an extensive distribution network of public/private investors.

Outside of the office, David is accomplished musician, singer/songwriter, having played guitar, vocals and other instruments since the age of 10. He is an avid tennis player, snowboarder/skier and a member of the Toronto Lawn Tennis Club and of the Beaver Valley Ski Club.
