10-12 Market Street
Market Street is located within the historic St. Lawrence Market area between Front Street and The Esplanade, directly across from the St. Lawrence Market south building and encompasses an entire city block. This is a project of Woodcliffe Landmark Properties who also developed the Summerhill LCBO and The Five Thieves.
The ground floor of the project has been designed with folding glass doors that allow a seamless transition onto the patios and pedestrian walkways across from the bustling St. Lawrence market. During the summer months the entire block will be restaurant patios.
87 Front St. houses the LCBO at grade & the lower level has been leased to “Barsa”. This is a Mediterranean style tapas/restaurant/bar of approximately 3,000 square feet with a 60 seat patio. It is a wonderful cave-like space with original stone from the 1800’s.
118 The Esplanade is the newly designed contemporary building which anchors the south end of the project. It has been leased to “Pastizza” a signature restaurant/wine bar of approximately 5,400 square feet. This space has 30 ft. floor to ceiling heights with folding glass doors at grade which open onto the wrap around patio for 100+ people as well as upper level windows offering a magnificent view.
10-12 Market St. All spaces in this area have the use of common washrooms to avoid the requirement of building washrooms within their space and also enjoy the convenience of a loading bay off of The Esplanade with a rear corridor system for deliveries and garbage.
Tenants in this mid block include: Bindia, Market St. Catch, Balzacs Coffee and Olive and Olives
