Stephen Connell has over 42 years of Commercial Real Estate experience.  As a member of Lennard’s Land Services Team, Stephen provides real estate strategies and disposition services for private individuals, public sector bodies, and corporations throughout Ontario. He has achieved maximum value for his clients’ properties by assisting them in developing strategies to protect and enhance their land value until they are ready to sell, while continually keeping his clients informed with up-to-date market knowledge and changes in regulations, zonings, development controls, and environmental impact that may affect their land assets. His other areas of expertise include sales, leasing and design builds of both office and warehouse/manufacturing distribution facilities for multi-tenanted and single-user buildings.

Prior to joining Lennard Commercial, Stephen has worked with many multinational firms across the country, managing both the acquisition and disposition of all types of real estate. Stephen’s exceptional negotiation skills have allowed him to advise and run both acquisition and disposition tenders for many multinational firms, including:
