Her in-depth knowledge of the market combined with strategic problem-solving abilities allows her to achieve a lease with the most amount of flexibility so that the tenant is never paying too much while carrying rights on space to manage their growth efficiently. Leila’s heavy approach on due diligence and accountability has allowed her clients to fulfill the needs of their investors, boards and executive leadership.
Leila has six years of industry experience. Prior to joining Lennard, Leila worked at another commercial real estate brokerage on the Toronto Urban Redevelopment Advisory Team where she championed the design and execution of marketing materials, presentations, proposals, and agreements with a strong focus on research, development, and strategy. Understanding of property attributes, client goals, and investor values allowed her to optimize marketing messaging for every project she handled.
