Harry is a commercial real estate advisor at Lennard Commercial Realty, specializing in industrial sales and leasing across the GTA West and select North GTA submarkets, including Markham and Richmond Hill.

Prior to brokerage, he spent over a decade working with institutional landlords, including one of the country’s largest industrial real estate owners. He has led transactions in excess of $1.3 billion, with total involvement surpassing $2.5 billion, gaining deep experience in underwriting, deal structuring, and capital decision-making.

He advises owners, investors, and occupiers on acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing strategies, focusing on maximizing value, reducing execution risk, and uncovering opportunities beyond publicly listed inventory. He leverages his institutional and buy-side experience to help clients anticipate how counterparties will underwrite and negotiate deals—positioning them to secure stronger terms and reduce execution risk. His sale-leaseback background brings an institutional-level understanding of lease structures and legal provisions, enabling him to approach leasing negotiations with a focus on risk allocation, flexibility, and long-term value—not just headline rent.
