About David Hearn

With over 40 years of international experience in commercial real estate, David Hearn brings a unique blend of design insight and strategic leadership to Lennard. Since earning his architecture diploma in 1984, David has built a distinguished career, establishing himself as a trusted advisor in the industry. His expertise spans transactional services, facilities and property management, project management, and change management—providing clients with the strategic vision to navigate today’s complex real estate landscape.

 

Career Highlights 

Prior to joining Lennard, David held senior leadership roles at several major organizations. He spent 16 years at Ernst & Young, where he served as the Regional Real Estate Leader for Canada, the Eastern and Central U.S., and the Asia Pacific region. He was also the Managing Director of Client Services for Asia Pacific at Cushman & Wakefield and previously served as Regional Director, Asia, for Jones Lang LaSalle.
In addition, David has worked with one of Canada’s largest national retailers and multiple top-tier global brokerage firms, contributing to their corporate services teams and driving high-impact strategic initiatives.
David is recognized for his deep expertise in corporate real estate solutions, with a focus on strategic development, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation. His global perspective and proven leadership continue to deliver value and innovation across the real estate sector.
