Cole Soprovich

Cole is a Sales Representative at Lennard Commercial Realty. Since joining Lennard in 2022, Cole has primarily focused on representing commercial tenants and owner-users/investors in Toronto’s office market. Through a methodical and customized approach, Cole is able to create solutions for his clients that are tailored to meet their unique requirements and specific business objectives.

No matter the requirements or circumstances, Cole’s commitment to ensuring the highest quality of service, market knowledge, and effort is how he adds value for his clients and earns their trust.

Cole graduated from Western University with a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies degree, specializing in Consumer Behaviour. During his post-secondary education, he gained relevant experience while working for a global commercial brokerage transacting in Canada’s East and West markets.

Cole is a registered member of both the Real Estate Council of Ontario and the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board.
