Cole is an Associate Vice President at Lennard Commercial Realty, where he has focused exclusively on representing commercial tenants and owner-users/investors in Toronto’s office market since joining the firm in 2022. He employs a methodical, data-driven, and highly customized approach to develop real estate solutions that align with each client’s unique requirements and business objectives.

Cole holds a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies from Western University, with a specialization in Consumer Behaviour. During his post-secondary education, he gained relevant experience while working for a global commercial brokerage transacting in Canada’s East and West markets.

He is a registered member of both the Real Estate Council of Ontario and Toronto Regional Real Estate Board.
