Bill O'Connor

Bill has been an active professional in the Commercial Real Estate Industry since 1984. He only represents occupiers of space/tenants and has exclusively focussed on this side of the business for the last 34 years and very much enjoys dealing with his fabulous clients. Bill attempts to add value wherever and whenever he can to his clients on many fronts and to do so he utilizes whatever resources and tools at his disposal. Bill was one of a few agents who initiated exclusive tenant representation in Toronto in the late 1980’s at a small tenant-representation firm where he developed many of the tools and templates utilized by agents in the business now. To provide wider geographic coverage, a much broader scope of services and resources and superior market information to his clients, Bill joined a full-service firm in 1989.
