Anna Ho brings over 10 years experience in client services. Specializing in Tenant Representation and Office Occupier services, Anna has a proven track record working with local and international start-ups, Fortune 500s, law firms and non-profits. Notably, Anna has personally led and completed a $30+ million real estate project representing a multi-national tech company leasing premium Class A office space in Downtown Toronto. Anna has represented both tenants and owners of real estate for projects all of sizes; from 1,000 square feet to 60,000 square feet of office space.
Anna is passionate about providing the highest level of service and helping clients find, lease and create amazing workspaces that attract and retain talent. Through a data-driven and strategic process, Anna advises companies in making real estate decisions aligned with their business objectives and needs.
From needs analysis, space optimization, to site selection, Anna is touted among clients for her market knowledge, attention to detail, lease negotiation skills and ability to uncover off-market opportunities. Anna and her team are constantly seeking new, innovative ways to gain maximum leverage in order to achieve the best outcome for clients.
Anna is a resource and the single point of contact for her clients well after a project ends and for many years to come. Anna’s dedication to her clients and achieving results has led her to receive esteemed recognition as one of SIOR’s Young Professional of the Year Award Nominee and CoStar’s Q1 2024 Power Broker for closing the largest office leasing transaction.
Prior to joining Lennard, Anna worked at a global Fortune 200 real estate firm where she advised companies on their global real estate portfolios and managed renewals, extensions and relocations in different markets across North America. Anna has extensive experience in leadership roles such as, Program Lead for professional development programs and was asked to join the Executive Managing Director as a keynote speaker on a North American wide webinar on business planning in real estate.
Anna has also moderated and spoken at real estate events for tenants, landlords and investors of real estate. Topics include “Affordable Leasing: Building Collaborative Spaces for Non-Profits” featuring speakers from United Way, TAS Impact, Civic Action, and Indus Community Services.
About Anna
A Hong Kong native and fluent Cantonese speaker, Anna was recruited to the real estate industry after working on an occupancy planning project with a large post-secondary educational institution.
Before entering real estate, Anna completed her Honours Master of Social Work degree at the University of Toronto and started her career in crisis counselling, non-profit consulting and public speaking. Notably, Anna assisted in launching the national Stand Up for Kids Campaign, successfully raising over $68 million to help at-risk and vulnerable children and youth. Collaborating with the child welfare sector and senior government officials across Canada, as part of the core team, Anna led the award-winning ‘Our Voice Our Turn’ provincial project instrumental in improving outcomes for youth in the child welfare system.
As a public speaker, Anna has been invited to speak and moderate in a variety of fora by CoStar, Toronto CREW, United Nations, CIBC, Citi Bank, Ontario Police College, governments, and the University of Toronto. In the community, Anna is a trusted advisor to non-profit organizations and has been awarded the Attorney General’s Victim Services Award of Distinction and TMU’s distinguished Alumni Achievement Award.
Real estate, notwithstanding, Anna remains passionate about social impact and leaving this world better than we found it. That is why you will find her still engaged in motivational speaking, moderating events and volunteering. In her spare time, Anna enjoys aerial acrobatics, travelling and practicing Cantonese.
