Andrew holds an MSc in International Real Estate from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, where he developed a strong foundation in property law, economics, finance, valuation, marketing, and development, among other subjects. He brings experience from both the UK and Canadian commercial real estate markets, representing landlords, tenants, vendors and purchasers across a range of transactions.
Since entering the Canadian market, Andrew has advised international tenants on expanding their operations, has been involved in industrial land acquisitions, and has secured listings with established landlords. He approaches each opportunity with a strategic and results-driven mindset, focusing on delivering practical solutions aligned with his clients’ objectives. Whether facilitating acquisitions, leasing space, or positioning assets in the market, Andrew is committed to providing clear guidance and building long-term, trusted relationships.
