Andrew entered the real estate brokerage business in 1986 with Lennard Commercial Realty, leading a management buyout of the firm in 1999. As the firm's partner in charge of finance, legal and compliance, Andrew brings a fiscal sensibility to his personal practice that distinguishes him from the community at large.
In addition to Tenant Advisory Services assignments, Andrew maintains an active presence in contract leasing services on behalf of several institutional landlords in the Greater Toronto Area. These include OMERS, Hospitals of Ontario Pension Plan, Province of Manitoba Public Employees, GM Employees Pension Fund, TTC Employees Pension Fund, and Royal Bank Employees Pension Fund. These institutional assignments provide Andrew with the insight and experience necessary to understand how the pressures of the marketplace at large, and individual landlord's needs in particular need to be addressed by a tenant in order to effect a successful win-win lease structure.
Andrew has completed projects for U of T, OCAD University, Ryerson and George Brown College, along with some of Canada’s most prominent public and private companies, with scope of services including acquisitions/dispositions and tenant and landlord representation.

Andrew was also part of the team that received the industry’s highest award, the NAIOP Office Lease Deal of the Year for the Thomas Cook project. This was an 80,000 SF acquisition and retrofit at 75 Eglinton Avenue East.
