Amélie has specialized in retail leasing for twenty years, with a focus on tenant representation, and a specialty in the Food & Beverage industry. Amélie developed an in-depth knowledge of the Canadian retail leasing market, developing food chains across the country, and managing the leasing of shopping centre portfolios for companies such as First Capital REIT, where she has worked with, and learned from, construction, development and operation teams.

Amélie is a former member of the Bar of Quebec and is fully bilingual. Amélie offers lease and lease renewal review and negotiation services, using her market condition expertise and legal background to provide meticulous analysis and insights to strengthen her clients’ position and protect their interests. Amélie also does landlord representation and helps her clients with the acquisition and leasing of land, as well as the acquisition of retail properties.
