The Vendor received final council approval in February 2020 for Zoning and Official Plan Amendments to permit the development of a mixed-use condominium building up to 9 storeys in height with an FSI of 3.0, 311 parking spaces and a total GFA of 243,819 SF which includes a commercial retail GFA of 716 SF (FILE No.OP/ZA18-182671 (RC)). A Site Plan was submitted in conjunction with the OPA and ZBA and has been endorsed by Council in principal.
