Taso joined Lennard in November 2014, and brings a diverse background that includes over 35 years of property acquisitions, dispositions, and land development.

Land Development has given him the opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge and expertise from planning to fruition, and adding an additional layer of expertise when advising on investment properties. His multi-layered knowledge of real estate makes him different. He is a real estate expert who fully understands the broader project context and the implications of every decision.
He’s had the privilege of working with prominent land developers, institutional and private equity investors, and most national and regional retailers which paint the Canadian landscape.
He has completed transactions with such retailers as Walmart, Home Depot, Food Stores, LCBO, The Beer Store, all Canadian chartered banks, Canada’s restaurant chains, and over 30 transactions with Shoppers Drug Mart. The relationships developed with retailers have proven invaluable when selling or purchasing a retail property for a client.
