He’s had the privilege of working with prominent developers, institutional and private equity investors, and most national and regional retailers which paint the Canadian landscape. His years of experience is also why many of Taso’s transactions are completed quietly and off-market.
Taso has completed transactions with such retailers as Walmart, Home Depot, Sobeys, Loblaws, LCBO, The Beer Store, all Canadian chartered banks, Canada’s restaurant chains, and over 30 transactions with Shoppers Drug Mart. The relationships developed with retailers have proven invaluable when selling or purchasing a retail property for a client.
With a global perspective and on-the-ground local expertise, Taso has transacted on over $1.8 billion in investment real estate across a variety of asset classes, consulted on over 2 million square feet of new ground-up retail developments, and transacted on over 2,500 acres of development land.
Taso was also the runner-up finalist for the 2019 REX Investment Deal of the Year.
