Nona joined the Lennard team in early 2013 as a Business Development Manager, quickly establishing herself as an expert in our firm's services and coordinating resources. Nona was responsible for integrating new accounts within the organization which resulted in numerous successful transactions. Based on her remarkable successes, Nona joined the investment sales and leasing team and is now active in many of the firm's current deals.
Her track record of success stems from her creativity in solving client challenges, her exceptional ability to identify the client's core transaction objectives, her ability to recognize/create value, and rapidly sourcing actionable solutions.
Nona came to Lennard from another industry where she was top of her field and recognized from achieving and breaking long standing sales records and goals and where she open and ran businesses in major markets in North America. She brings to her role a very personable manner and an ability to open doors that others have unsuccessfully tried before. Her relaxed determination sets her apart from others in the field.
