Marcus has successfully developed and implemented real estate strategies for hundreds of clients over the course of his career, many of them well known both globally as well as in Canada. To name just a select few: Johnson & Johnson, Bell Canada, Siemens Canada, Unilever Canada, Softchoice Corporation, Trillium Hospital, Joseph Brandt Memorial Hospital, Ellis Don Ltd, Cott Corporation, Sport Alliance of Ontario and Seneca College.
Before joining Lennard as a Senior Vice President, Marcus was a key member of an established and highly specialized, tenant-oriented boutique brokerage. Subsequently, he played key roles at two very prominent and well known, Toronto-based Tenant representation firms.
Marcus received his degree in Finance and Economic Studies from the University of Western Ontario.
