Will Dempsey is a Broker at Lennard Commercial Realty.  Will has been working in the commercial real estate market for the past five years and has completed a wide variety of transactions in both Toronto’s Financial Core and Midtown markets. Will has specifically focused his efforts in the office leasing market working on behalf of tenants.

Will’s close relationship with his clients allows him to understand their unique requirements and deliver cost effective real estate solutions. His direct and straight forward approach earns him their respect and trust.

Will is a registered member of both the Real Estate Council of Ontario and the Toronto Real Estate Board.

Will graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2003 with a four year degree in Administrative and Commercial Studies (BACS). He has recently received his Broker designation from the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) College.
