Broker

Upon graduating from University in 1980 Tom began his professional career as a sales representative for IBM Canada. In 1983 he took a position as the sales manager for a data communications company first in Toronto then in Boca Raton, Florida. In 1986 Tom became a commercial real estate agent specializing in Tenant Advisory Services. Since that time he has represented many of Toronto's largest companies and has provided on-going real estate support.
Tom is a successful real estate advisor because he matches a company's real estate decisions to their corporate objectives. Converting ground floor retail space into a warehouse area for a large office Tenant and devising a "floating free-rent period" in case the financial markets go into a slump illustrate Tom's innovative approach.  By considering non-traditional solutions to common real estate problems, Tom provides added value to his clients.

Tom works exclusively on the Tenant side of the business, getting involved with his clients well in advance of their lease expiry. He becomes a trusted resource when real estate issues arise, whether it is renewing a client's lease or relocating to a new building. Over the last 20 years Tom has negotiated leases with every major landlord in Toronto and has represented his clients needs across Canada, in the U.S. and in Europe.
Ongoing corporate clients include Toshiba, Dun & Bradstreet, Assante, Requisite Technologies, Dell, Bell Temple, Winners and Cossette Advertising.
