Dean began his career in the commercial real estate field in 1980.  He initially worked in office leasing and over the past 20 years he has focused mainly on investment and land sales.

Dean has built his career around serving client’s needs first, demonstrated through his long term business relationships that include Unicef, The Toronto Dominion Bank, the Ontario Lottery Corporation, Benefit Plan Administrators and the City of Toronto. Dean has been working with many of these clients for over 10 years and continues to provide high service through his sound advice, business integrity and direct involvement in each project, regardless of size or location.

Dean’s practice has also been successfully built on referral business, once again demonstrating his genuine interest and attention to his clients commercial real estate needs.
