Carolyn joined Lennard in 2008 and is well recognized in the commercial real estate, design and construction industries. She is a registered real estate representative who specializes in corporate office leasing and investment sales. With 20 years of hands on experience in the commercial construction and design industries, she possesses skills that provide her clients with an unparalleled advantage not available elsewhere in the industry.
A graduate of the University of Manitoba’s Interior Design program, Carolyn practiced interior design for 8 years, and as a senior interior designer was responsible for projects as large as 250,000 sf. In 1993, she changed careers, earning the position of vice-president business development and executive project manager for a mid-sized construction management firm specializing in office interiors. Projects ranged in size from 1,000 square feet to well over 100,000 square feet and were often very complex involving extensive IT requirements, high end build-outs, tight timelines and the ever present budget challenges.
Carolyn consistently provides professional service and expertise and has a long list of loyal and satisfied clients. She focuses on delivering solutions that respond to each clients’ unique needs and prides herself in her integrity and follow through.
Carolyn is extremely involved with industry associations, has had numerous speaking opportunities, and has been quoted in both industry publications and national newspapers.

Carolyn is married and has a teenage daughter. She was an active volunteer at Northlea Public school, and in the Leaside community. She enjoys horseback riding, tennis, boating, reading, gardening, travel, cottaging in the 1,000 Islands and taking in the Florida beaches.
