Dan joined Lennard Commercial in 1990 after spending three years with Oxford Development Group as Leasing Manager for the downtown properties. In 1995 Dan initiated a reorganization of the company, culminating in the purchase of the Toronto office with two other long- term employees. Management duties include Sales Manager and lead partner on growth and development initiatives. Dan's primary focus is owner managed entrepreneurial companies.
