Albert’s first assignment was to assist a large multinational company in the forestry industry with the selection of available industrial development sites. The expertise he developed from that assignment led to more industrial land search projects, which led into sales of industrial redevelopment sites and residential development land.
Albert continues to assist clients with site selection and has been involved in the acquisition of several land sites for business parks in Brampton, Caledon and Milton, as well as the assembly of several hundred acres of development land in Milton.
Prior to joining Lennard, Albert worked for 17 years at 2 of the largest commercial real estate firms in Toronto (Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield). He specializes in land sales in the Greater Toronto Area.
