All you need is love...and a cool office

Despite the soaring windows, 20-foot ceilings and sprawling mezzanine, the Liberty Village-based office of I Love Rewards - a company that builds and manages employee recognition programs for other organizations - is curiously intimate.

Sales engineer Zakir Hemraj explains how the company's core values, along with the enthusiasm of its youthful employees, have turned a warehouse into an enviable place to call 'work.'
